Being your true self.

What a big insight. Today I just watched a video from Froyonion on youtube, with UUS as the guest. Thank you froyonion, uus, and youtube to displayed that video on my youtube recommendation. This work is inspired by you all.

First, let me give you a quote from UUS,

“Jadi diri sendiri aja belum becus, apalagi jadi orang lain”

That hit me right in my heart, haha.

‘coz for this whole time of my life, I’m too busy for being as other person.  I’m not honest with myself, and to people. You can see it on my first work of this blog, I wrote something positive things, that actually I didn’t reallly understand about it, but I keep posted it, why? I want you all to know me as a person who active generating works, without think about its essential point, which is giving heals to other and also to me.

I admit it now. I only seek for recognition. What a poor mindset. Lol.

I didn’t love myself, although I spread love to stranger, my friends, and my family. Isn’t it weird? There are my flaws that I insisted people won’t accept it, that’s why I became a fake person, fullfill other people’s expectation.

I forgot everyone hate fake people, but still have high expectation on a person. It’s dangerous. So why don’t we take middle win win solutions with being honest? Well, it won’t guarentee you to get people like you for your true self (specially the negative one), but remember there are people who will stay with you and your complete package.

Being your true self will make you feel comfortable, it will help. ‘coz life is tiring, and being fake didn’t build you better, it only adds baggage on your journey, though!

Don’t be amazed when you see someone around your circle act different immediately after went out from their old place, probably it was a difficult time to supply other people’s demand. Now they just find their confident to show it up to the world. They didn’t change, it is who they are.

It’s important for you, us, to make peace with ourselves. By that we will find awareness, acceptance, knowing things that serve us, things that aren’t.

Please don’t be afraid to be your true self.

Just imagine, how horrible it'd be to discover someone leave you ‘coz you are lying, not ‘coz of your flaws that you think won’t be accepted. Pretty horrible.

So, instead of being fake and then move to your true self, why not start all with honesty?

People come and go, but they who are worthy will stay.
